Dr. Gergely Hriczó-Koperdák

I completed my dental studies at Semmelweis University, Faculty of Dentistry, graduating

summa cum laude.

After earning my degree, I began working at the university’s Department of Conservative Dentistry, where I also participated in teaching dental students both in Hungarian and foreign languages. I started my specialization in conservative dentistry and prosthodontics in 2015 and passed my board examination in 2018. The high professional standards required at the clinic, my continuous review of Hungarian and international journals, as well as my participation in national and international conferences and scientific forums, have all been integral to the constant expansion of my professional knowledge.

Due to the complexity of dental treatments, I believe that in order for the results to serve my patients’ satisfaction in the long term, it is always essential to strive for solutions that are aesthetically pleasing but, above all, functionally optimal. I consider it very important that every treatment be painless, performed in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Mutual trust between doctor and patient is indispensable, especially in complex, lengthy dental visits. The pedagogical approach I developed while teaching dental students has greatly helped me cultivate the empathy I show in patient care. I carry out all treatments with the utmost precision and attention—only work of unquestionable quality can leave my hands, serving as its own guarantee.

Within the profession, one of my main interests is endodontics, which has become one of the most dynamically developing fields of dentistry thanks to the possibilities offered by magnification. I also strive to keep pace with advances in digital technology, including the expanding opportunities of chairside CAD/CAM. Alongside minimally invasive tooth-preserving treatments, I also perform aesthetic, prosthetic, periodontal, and minor oral surgical procedures.
