Therefore, we hereby inform the Data Subjects that we respect their personal rights, and during data processing we act in accordance with the applicable Hungarian substantive and procedural legal provisions, the currently valid Data Protection and Data Security Policy, as well as other internal regulations.
Who are the Data Subjects?
Data Subjects include: any identified or – directly or indirectly – identifiable natural person whose personal data is processed by the Data Controller. This includes primarily those requesting the services of the Data Controller, Employees, those inquiring about the Data Controller and/or its services, persons entering the premises monitored by the camera system, persons establishing contracts with the Data Controller or wishing to establish such contracts, persons making legal statements addressed to the Data Controller, as well as any other persons who get into contact with the Data Controller in any way.
